Region 5 Scholarship Fund

Dear Region 5 Scholarship Applicant:

Thank you for your interest in the World Tang Soo Do Association Region 5 Scholarship Award. Enclosed you will find the application packet that you must complete and return in order to be evaluated by the selection committee. This application packet includes the following:

• Region 5 Scholarship General Requirements.
• Region 5 Scholarship Candidate General Information.
• Candidate Questions.
• Instructor Recommendation Form.
• Academic Recommendation Form.
• Personal Recommendation Form.
• Application Checklist.

Make certain that you meet and include all the requirements on the checklist, as incomplete applications will not be eligible for consideration.

The deadline for consideration is 03/15/08. The completed packet must be received by this date for your application to be considered. Please be advised that if you are chosen to receive this honor, you may be required to attend a suitable public event for a ceremonial presentation.
