The 2012 Regional Championships will take place on April 20-22, 2012 in Elmhurst, IL.
Join the Masters of Region 5 for a day filled with friendly competition and an evening of
fun at our annual dinner/ dance. Then join us on Sunday for the chance to train with
our Regional Masters. New this year is an added bonus of Ki Gong training on Friday.

Ms. Pam Russell is collecting the pull tabs from pop cans for the Ronald McDonald House (RMHC).
The RMHC provides a home away from home for families who have a sick child in the hospital.
She will be collecting from anyone who can help at the Training Bonanza and in April at Regionals.
Her goal is to have at least 5 milk gals full of tabs. Please help Ms. Russell her goal and ask your family
and friends to save their pull tabs. Thank You!
