GTMA/Linden Students Attend Central Ohio Clinic

Students from Grand Tradition Martial Arts/Linden in Linden, Michigan attended their first Central Ohio Clinic February 1 and 2, 2003. Below are comments from three young men who were duly impressed.

"The Ohio Clinic was a lot of fun. I was in the child part, with ages 11 and under. When Grand Master Shin came, we had a lot of fun. He taught us break falling most of the time, but around the end, we learned several techniques for wrestling! It was very much fun." (Danny Weller, 6th Gup)

"The Ohio Clinic was a very hard workout, but it was worth it. It's a lot of fun. Grand Master Shin was there and everybody got a chance to work out with him. I learned a lot. We worked on forms and other self defense things, like knife defense, 3 step sparring and sword techniques." (Nathan Weller, 2nd Gup)

"At the 2003 Ohio Clinic, Grand Master Shin was there. He taught everyone some new techniques. Everyone the age eleven and under went to the little dojo. We did a lot of work and some fun stuff like flag sparring, relay races, and some craftwork. My favorite part of the clinic was when Grand Master Shin taught us how to fall. I learned a lot at the clinic and it was a lot of fun." (Lee Chiatalas, 9th Gup)

These students were clearly delighted to have the opportunity to work with Grand Master Shin. Thank you Mr. Simone Genna and Buckeye Tang Soo Do for hosting yet another action and fun packed clinic!
